Inge Vaksvik Managing Director Inge joined Statnett in 1995 with responsibility for developing the offshore work. He has been in this position since then, and is today Managing Director of Vertech Offshore AS. Prior to joining Statnett, Inge worked 10 years with project management in construction projects for the offshore industry. Magne Nikolaisen Technical Manager Magne is Technical Manager in the company and has been with Statnett/Eltel since 2000. He has been Project Manager for many of our Flare tip projects in this period. Before joining Statnett, Magne worked 15 years as offshore manager on modification projects (EPCIC) with Kvaerner. Ole Hermann Jacobsen Helicopter Coordinator / Pilot Ole is our authority on all that has to do with use of helicopters. He is also normally our Offshore Supervisor when doing replacement work. Ole has a background as a fighter pilot as well as 25 years of experience from helicopter lifting operations. In Vertech Offshore, Ole plays an important role in quality assuring all helicopter operators and pilots that we are using in our work. Paul Magne Aanvik Technical assistant Paul was employed by Statnett back in 1978. In most of the period since then he has been involved in construction and design work. He was for a long time involved with design on different equipment and tools for powerline construction work and he has followed the offshore flare tip work from the early beginning.

Inge Morrits Hauge Technician Inge Morrits has worked as a technician in Statnett, Eltel and now Vertech Offshore for more than 25 years. He has been involved in helicopter installation work on powerlines since the beginning of his career and was one of the pioneers when the flare tip work started in 1991.

Grunde Kvåle Technician Like Inge Morrits, Grunde has followed the different owners of the company for more than 25 years. He has also been involved in helicopter installation work for most of this period. Like Inge Morrits, he was one of the pioneers from the early start of the flare tip replacement work.

Jarle Heiland Technician Jarle joined the offshore group in 2000. He was handpicked from the Statnett project department for this work and has given an important contribution to the improvement of the replacement method.   Tommy Ellingsen Technician In 2006, three new technicians joined the company. One of these was Tommy Ellingsen. Tommy has a background from construction and maintenance work on power lines for many years back. He was also involved in our flare tip projects for many years before he became full time engaged with Vertech. Per Henning Åsen Technician Per Henning was one of the three technicians joining Vertech in 2006. He has also beckground from construction and maintenance work on power lines, and he also was involved in our flare tip projects for manty years before being full time employed by Vertech.   Stig Hangeland Technician Stig was recruited to Vertech from the Offshore industry early 2006. He has a wide experience from offshore modification work, especially within rope access work.
